We are taking a short break from our regular live Tuesday night show over Christmas and New Year, but don't depair!!!

The show features boxer, Nathan Cleverley, sprint cyclist, Becky James, 400m hurdler, Dai Greene, adventurer Mark Beaumont and highlights from the Ryder Cup.
