- India pulled off a stunning victory over Sri Lanka in the Cricket World Cup final on Saturday. We’ll have the thoughts of regular correspondent Zaheer Haque.

- We also have a preview of tomorrow’s U15 Schools Rugby final tomorrow between Cardiff and Rhondda and hear from young Cardiff players Matthew Edwards and Teri-Morgan Gee.


- Cardiff City put in a commanding display against Derby on Saturday. We hear the thoughts of Nigel Clough, Paul Quinn and Dave Jones.


- In the Premier League the big talking point was Wayne Rooney’s outburst and subsequent ban. We’ll debate that and the other results later.


- Plus we have the latest Fantasy League Top Ten Countdown.
