Scorpions launch incentive for Neath return

South Wales Scorpions have launched a “Triple Ticket Treat” for their last three home games of the season at the Scorpions’ regular home ground of The Gnoll in Neath.

The club’s final three home games are against Doncaster on Sunday 24th July (kick-off 3pm), Rochdale Hornets on Sunday 31st July (kick-off 3pm) and London Skolars on Saturday 6th August (kick-off 6.45pm) and fans can buy a ticket for all three games for just £20 for the three.

That’s less than £7 a match and a saving of £16 on match-day prices.

For concessions (senior citizens and students), the price is just £10 for all three games while children under 16 will be admitted free of charge in accordance with the Co-operative Championship’s “Kids go Free” policy during the school holidays.

The offer is limited to 333 people per category so fans are advised to buy sooner rather than later.

Following the Scorpions’ excellent 32-24 win over Keighley Cougars on Sunday, the club’s charge for the play-offs has been reignited and Scorpions chairman Phil Davies hopes that this deal will bring in a lot of new fans this summer.

Scorpions’ chairman Phil Davies said: “We have three home games in three weeks starting from Sunday 24th July and we’re going to need all the fans’ support if we are to make a push for the play-offs. That’s why we’ve introduced this Triple Ticket Treat to save fans some money and reward those who are loyal to us.

“We’re also delighted to announce that all children under 16 will be admitted free into any of these games. No need to get a ticket in advance for children, just turn up with an adult, even if they’ve bought their tickets in advance, and you’ll come in for free.

“It’s been a tough second year for us but we’re determined to end on a high. Come down to The Gnoll in late July early August and be part of it.”
