The sponsorship builds on SWALEC’s substantial commitment to cricket in Wales and will see the company become Glamorgan’s official back of shirt sponsor during the 2012/13 season.
SWALEC’s logo will feature on the back of both the white and coloured shirts for all competitions this year.
The Cardiff-based electricity and gas supplier has a long standing relationship with Welsh cricket through its 10-year sponsorship deal of the SWALEC Stadium. The company is also in the final year of its three-year sponsorship of the SWALEC Premier League.
Glamorgan Cricket Sales Director Pete Grzonka said: “We are pleased that we have secured partnership with SWALEC - a brand which is extremely well-known to communities across Wales.
