- Cardiff began their Championship campaign with a late win away to West Ham on Sunday and tomorrow face Oxford United in the Carling Cup. We preview that game in the company of Oxford fan, George Dugdale, shortly.

- Wales narrowly lost their Rugby World Cup match against England on Saturday and prepare to welcome the English to the Millennium Stadium this weekend. We’ll assess Wales’ preparations later.

- The Premier League season kicks off this weekend and we’ll preview the opening round of fixtures as well as reflect on a thrilling Community Shield match last Sunday.

- We preview the 3rd Test match between England and India which starts tomorrow and Yousef will bring us his regular UFC news.
