The Third Test of this Series takes place at Edgbaston on Wednesday 10th August.
England needs to avoid defeat in the remaining two tests to become number one team in Test Cricket.
England only change is likely to be Ravi Bopara in for the injured Jonathan Trott. This will add another dimension to England’s Bowling. However Trott will be missed as he has been so consistent over the past year.
India has major concerns with Injury with both Zaheer Khan and Harbhajan Singh ruled out of the series. The players who will replace them have had no match time.
Also looks like they will gamble with playing both Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir as both coming back from injury which I feel isn’t the right choice India should be making.
India as a team throughout the whole series so far has performed woefully. They have been ill prepared for this very important tour hence the heavy losses in the first two tests.
I believe England will win this Test Match comfortably. This means they will win the series 3-0 with a Test to play fourth being at the Oval. Also if it is 3-0 then England will become number one team in Test Cricket for the first time a truly magnificent achievement.
